A few weeks ago I mentioned the right hand turn signal on my 2015 Chev Silverado would not blink correctly when the headlights were on. When the headlights were off the turn signal operated correctly. The signal would make the proper noise the first two or three blinks then it would quit and the dash would indicate malfunctioning right hand turn signal. I did change the blubs this morning and everything works correctly now. In one bulb the upper filament was gone. I don't know if it had dropped down and was shorted with the lower filament or not. Anyway the turn signal works as it should now. Cheap fix after a few had mentioned problems with melted bulb sockets and damaged circuit boards. Thanks for all of the advice.
