Results from Saturday's auction, 15th annual. It wasn't as big as the spring and summer ones but still pretty big overall, just not many tractors this time. They were running three rings most of the day on equipment, tools, lawn and garden and a wide variety of miscellaneous.
Tractors all had their work clothes on, none with fancy paint. Most started right up and ran well, and had decent tires and good tin.
Case 1210 w/ Case loader $4,300
Farmall Cub with belly mower, plow and cultivator, would not start. This ended up a no sale because the guy that hauled it in for a neighbor neglected to tell anyone that two gears were bad in it. He did tell the guy who had the high bid ($950), who in turn told the auctioneer he didn't want it with 2 bad gears. Auctioneer was mad about not having the whole story.

'52 Ford 8N, side mount distributor $900
I took in an old 2 bottom 3 pt. plow and a Ford slip scoop and got $200 for both (gross of commission). I wasn't looking to make any killing on them, just wanted to move them on to someone who might make use of them. They were sitting behind my shed with mold and rust growing on them.
