Frontier DM5060 help!!

I have an old farmer that needs cutter bar gears for the Frontier DM5060 6-7years old. John Deere will only sell the whole cutter bar.$7xxx.00 Who made them for JD???? John Deere is no help at all!!!

I think I read somewhere they were made by Kuhn, or based off the Kuhn design. I do know many different companies make the Frontier equipment for Deere.
