I have put a Gleaner E Engine in my WD Allis and it runs great. I put a 170 governor spring on it and its turning around 2400 RPM (very snappy) which I am happy with. However when I put the tractor on the PTO Dyno I am getting about 48 - 49 horsepower out of it. Big improvement over the 201 that I took out of it, but I had heard number like 60 horse out of these Gleaner Engines. Just wondering if thats a little low or not. I am still running the Gleaner governor assembly with the tractor timing cover. Nothing else done to the motor just set the valves and started it up.
