Was this a factory option for the cub, or was it a custom build? Never seen one before.
That's a CUB, not a 140. Cubs had the 60 cube flathead engine, 140 had an overhead valve engine.Farmall 140 Hi-Clear. Produced between 195? and 1973.
So to answer your question. Yes it real. Have never saw one with duals before nor an exhaust routed like that.

High crop was a factory option. And duel wheel spacers were available. That's probably the most expensive cub I've ever seenWas this a factory option for the cub, or was it a custom build? Never seen one before.View attachment 68260

There's a Cub just like this that has appeared at the local tractor show minus the duals, so yes it's real from talking to the owner. Was this a factory option for the cub, or was it a custom build? Never seen one before.View attachment 68260
Unless it had Howard reduction boxes (maybe one on each side) it would be beyond underpowered. I like it though JimTo answer the original question I think a Cub high clearance option was offered with the parts installed at the dealer. Parts were basically oversized tires and rims. No CubV (Vegetable) option stated on this web site offered from the factory.
Cub
You will note that option is designated a V for Vegetable as in HV available on an H and other letter series. Look under variants.
HV
I have seen one with a turbine helicopter engine.Red & Green Tractor this one a little farther down on the auction listings is rather interesting.
