IH 504 Fluid leak

Hello everyone. I have a question and am looking for insight. I have a IH 504 Gas that i recently got running again. i have 2 issues that i would like some help with.

1. I have a fuel leak coming from the carb so i need to shut off the fuel bowl every time i am not using it. What would be causing this, and how do i fix it?

2. I have a leak (I am assuming it is a hy-Tran leak) coming from the back underneath. looks like it is coming from somewhere by the area where the draw bar attaches. I will attach photos. Is there a seal that is leaking on this or is it something more serious?

The trans mission case may be cracked letting it leak otherwise there should not be any seals or gaskets on that piece the drawbar fastens to. Now for the gas leak Check the float level as it is probably to high. If the carb leak is just when you shut it down or after trying to start it is just dropping down from the intake and is not a real leak just the fuel air mixture that didn't get to the engine to burn yet. All up draft carb have some of this.

The hy-tran leak looks to be coming from the top somewhere and running down the side and dripping off the drawbar anchor.

Are either of the brake housings wet with oil???
