international 656 gas hydro

now my 656 hydro sounds like it is missing, i checked for spark and that was good, i took all the plugs out and cleaned them up and it helped a little but it still is not running very smooth.any ideas? here is a video of it running.

A compression check is needed. After that, if all close to the same, intake manifold leaks come to mind. Let us know what you find. Jim
