International plow ID help

I'm in need of help identifying my plow. As can be seen in the first picture, I know it's an International, but my online searches have so far been fruitless. One of the interesting things to me about it is that the lift arm pins are offset about 3" or so in height. Is there a reason for this?

Thanks,
Dan

It Is a model 531 some models had tail wheels. The plow has Ford coulters on it. I have a manual for that plow. Thanks Steve 419-618-0017
