What number spark plug should I use for a John Deere Bw?

What year is it? Older ones take a different plug than newer ones, Pressed steel frame
or cast frame?

For the older with 7/8 plugs I like the hotter deep reach side wire electrode
Autolite 3077.. For the later with 18 mm plugs I like NON Resistor Autolite 3116
especially with magneto ignitions or Autolite 388 (tad hotter than 386) if you go
with a resistor plug on battery powered coil distributor systems.

Probably 18mm

use the correct long reach plugs. brand dont matter. if u use a plug like the d16 champion its too short, need d23 as for example.
