John Deere Lister plow

I have a John Deere two bottom lister plow on rubber tires with steel guide wheels in the back. I was wondering if anyone has any idea on how to find a model number? I am also in need of a pair of planter boxes at least one prefferably two. I was told that the 290 boxes work. Any info would be great I can send pics if that would help with identification
