MF 135 Fuel Tap / Shut off

I have a MF 135 diesel (Perkins) that has a brass fuel tap block with a clogged rusted metal screen and a male end that goes to the fuel lifter pump

found this image on an oder post from 2017 that has the same style.

All the fuel taps have a female receptacle that goes to the lift pump from the tank.

Does anyone know what the part number is of this style tap and where I can find a replacement with the male end?

You can't remove, clean, and re-use what you have? I've done that on several in the past.

The screen is rusted out and the knob to open/close is gone. If the screen is replaceable do you know where I can find one? I can make a knob probably.
