Need advice 2N purchase

I wouldn't pay $4,000 for a 2N. It doesn't sound reliable enough to do anything with. I paid $2,000 for my 1958 Massey Ferguson 202. It runs great and has an FEL and power steering. It also has a 3 speed trans with Hi / Low. So, it's a six speed. It is an industrial model and has a front end built to handle the FEL.

I have 5 acres to take care of. With your 30 acres, you definitely need a tractor. Look around, don't be in a hurry to buy a piece of junk.

Not sure why I even take the time to point out the error of ways in these situations. It is a sort of “human condition” experiment on my part. I actually thought that your reply 28 was current, but I see it was from the first time Buicksnddeere revived it in Jan. 2024. That was probably during the initial flood of resurrected post we had then due to the Similar Threads feature of the new software. Now I see a newer member Texgasser1 likely also fell for the Similar Thread, I see B&D chimed in again. That’s is the irritating part to me someone who reads an opening post and plops down what they have to say with zero intention of reading what anybody else posted. Might as well just say I don’t know why anyone else is on this forum I have all the correct answers.

Well at least you’re looking through the thread and responding to something that is more current and relevant. Far better than telling the OP (again) it’s a bum choice . Despite all this she went ahead and bought the tractor everyone is suggesting, is not a wise choice to buy. At least my reply happened this year and not 2021. As for Caryc he at least has proved that he is not a liar, he said he doesn’t look at the date and he apparently doesn’t.
A reply by Tim Daley is pretty easy to spot with his photo list of manuals and JMOR diagrams. He’s been gone a year now and you couldn’t notice his reply means there must be some rubber on the road on this one. Not even that makes you give it a second thought. You certainly have more time to type a post for an empty room than I do.
I better move on and get these “human condition” results recorded.
