I know service varies by area but around here the supplier asks that you let them
know when your tank is at xx% and they bring a tank on trailer to pump your tanks
gas into. They install valve and hose on your tank (if it has provisions),pump
gas from trailer back into your tank then fill you tank in a few days. Some
charge only for material and some also charge a service fee but it's not a diy
job unless you have access to a pump and required hoses and don't have to ask
how.

P.S. as I recall, some tanks already have the tube into the liquid and all that is needed is to screw on the valve/fitting/hose assy.. Can remove too, since it is a self closing valve as assy is removed.
