Rebuilding c-135

I want to rebuild this stationary engine S#22694 to put in a Super C. Right now all that’s done is the head is pulled. It looks like it has sleeves which are rusty, but has a type of domed pistons. I already know about the no whole in back of crank for bushing and rh bolt hole that won’t line up. This is what I need to know:
1) Are new 3.250 sleeves/pistons available? Where could I find them? Would they have the dome or would new ones be flat top?
2) I could reuse my pistons, but would need new sleeves?
3) Is there enough wall thickness in sleeve to bore and install a dry sleeve? I think 1/8” is the dry sleeve thickness.

There were two different major versions of the C-135 block. One fit tractors like the Super C, 200, etc. The other fit tractors like the 330, 340, etc. A Power Unit probably had the style that bolts up to the Super C bell housing. But make sure it does before you start dumping money into it.

New Sleeves are available!! You're in luck, I'm rebuilding a power unit engine out of a IH 91 Combine that was in my Super C! Ill find the link for the sleeve & piston kit. They were less than 400 if I remember right for the set of 4. They engines are wet sleeve only if what my local engine builder told me is right. Those domed pistons are early Firecraters, the new ones arent nearly as nice as the original IH castings, but theyre close enough.

You really, really need to pull a sleeve and measure it before you order anything...... absolutely no way to know what has been done in that motor over the decades . Return shipping sux ,as does restocking fees. Tear down, measure,order. Make sure you order sleeve o rings ,too. Some kits don't include them

This kit does include O-rings, gotta be careful with them. His engine is only 1500 serial numbers older than mine. If its anything like my engine, it mightve had a set of rod bearings put in and kept running. They're getting worn out, but they're very rebuildable.
