What age would those silos be?

As far as I know Rochester started in the teens and were defunct around 1990. Judging by the age of the farm buildings and size of the silo I can only guess it’s circa late 50’s early 60’s. I can guess the crib to be the same and there is a good crib video at Mnbricks.com.

Thanks for posting these photos. The farm operation with a silo or four and a hay mow barn and a herd of cattle have mostly disappeared. It's a way of life that involved a lot of work, but there were many positives for families and communities.
