TO20 Shift Lever worn almost in two

So I've been working on this tractor, finally got it running and was able to drive it a bit.

I parked it but couldn't get it out of gear.

I pulled the transmission top cover, inspected all the forks, but can't find anything wrong.

I took a look at the shift lever and discovered that it has a groove worn into it, just above the end.

I've not had any luck finding one, any ideas where to look? My shop manual doesn't have the OEM numbers, and I'm just not having much luck.

The previous owner reported that the tractor was getting stuck in 1st gear, but I couldn't even get it to go into first gear, could this be the problem?

Common trouble. Good you caught it. Grove can be brazed or welded back. I'd quench it in a coffee can of water to give her a tough skin. (Assume Weld)
