tractor identity

I have a 851 ford I'm pretty sure. On the transmission housing behind the starter the number 851 is stamped and under that is 51268 which I believe is the serial number which I looked up to be a 1958. I got the tractor with no decals on it and it was repainted with a brush. Are all these tractors powermasters or is there a differance between a 851 and a 851 powermaster? How would I tell. It has a wagner loader on it still works well cylinders are a little leaky. I am just starting the restoration have a ways to go. I'm sure that I'll have questions down the road but this is a start.

You are correct about the model number, serial number and year. All 801 and 901 series Fords were called Powermaster. There were several models offered in the 801 series:

811: SOS trans, no pto, no hydraulics
821: 5 speed trans, no pto, no hydraulics
841: 4 speed trans, non-live pto, 3 point hitch
851: 5 speed trans, non-live pto, 3 point hitch
861: 5 speed trans, live pto, 3 point hitch
871: SOS trans, single speed independent pto, 3 pt hitch
881: SOS trans, dual speed independent pto, 3 pt hitch
