Has anybody done business with this company? I can't find it anywhere on Google... Trying to verify before sending payment. Please advise. Thanks

Looks sketchy. Couldn't find anything with quick search. Is there an address you can look up on Google earth to confirm it's a salvage yard?

What tractor are these parts for? Seems a bit on the high side. Also the "good sevices" note is giving me a red flag feeling. But hard telling without more info. How did you find that site?

Only thing I can find in that area is Winston tractor company, but they look like more of a dealer than a salvage yards. They dont have any used parts for sale. Id stay away.

Maybe offer/ask to drop by to see the parts before you buy. If they are far away, say a friend is going to come over to inspect. If they are not accommodating on that, then it is certainly a scam.

He posted this on the “Fab. Projects” forum. I directed him here. That thread These are some of the questions/comments I made there.
…”Please give more of the story. Where did you find out about them? Have you sent them money? Did you initiate this order by phone? These are supposed to be used parts for a tractor?
Unfortunately it is pretty easy to “make up” a proper looking form like the invoice you received.”..
Adding talk with them on the phone, ask them some other questions about your tractor, if they are stumped that is a “red flag” Have them send photos of the parts to you with descriptions, if something doesn’t seem right in how they reply “red flag”
Ask them if they are connected with “Winston Tractor Company” if so then ask why the website doesn’t mention that.
Unfortunately scammers are a pretty brazen bunch.

This same scam popped up a while back. It was "Thompson Tractor" in Birmingham, Al. Supposed to have a huge inventory of IH parts. Thompson tractor is a huge caterpillar dealer in Birmingham, Al and they do not sell ih salvage parts. That was easy to figure out, Google search and find the address on Google Earth maps. ( And the fact several of us live close enough to Birmingham to know) Probably do the same with this company 😟
