Unstyled JD B Serial Numbers

New to forum. Working to restore my 37 B tractor. Serial number 36660, I believe it was built 03/30/37, shpped to Omaha branch? It is on cut off wheels that are shot. Assume it was on steel. How could I determine? Also, How could I determine if it came with the Powerlift that is now on it? Pedals are small style and I thought they were changed to larger style mid - 1936?
Have purchased 1937 B for exchange of parts as needed, serial 37070, no info on this one but assume I can exchange parts as needed.

37070 was shipped to the Omaha branch with a final destination of Orange City Iowa with steel wheels. no powerlift listed for either tractor. Most likely the powerlift was added later.
