I have bought two Farmall bn and don't know what this handle is for. Any ideas?

Is that for shutters opening and closing

That is the pneumatic lift handle for raising and lowering mounted implements. Like cultivators,
planters and turning plow.

exhaust powered lift control. does it have a round object on top of
manifold that exhaust pipe exits through? many were removed
and for great reason
