looks like the light brkt,Tail light and work light not sure what is sticking up out of it.

The bracket would normally have a red tailight mounted where that 90* bent bar is located and a work light mounted in one of those two holes in the vertical part. Who knows what that bent bar is? Maybe for attaching a SMV triangle.

If he can see it after he's had too much adult beverage, it'll tell him which way is FORWARD....

Hope this helps..... wink

Who can say... BUT... most light brackets end up on the rear part of the fender.... which is where it looks to me... therefore pointing forward.. :-)

I agree, they're normally on the rear, on the left.
This one looks like it is on the front on the right side.
Like the fenders got swapped.
I'm guessing that based on the tire tread and the lack of
anything, except maybe a 3 pt arm, in the direction it points.
Always fun to guess though, even if we haven't been imbibing! :)

(quoted from post at 08:37:52 09/22/13) Wonder what the other bracket is for on the outside of the fender. The picture you posted of th later model ford does look close
I would guess it was for a quick disconnect slow moving vehicle sign.
They just slide over the square frame so they can be moved
from one piece of equipment to another.

(quoted from post at 17:38:46 09/26/13) Heh, I went to put the fenders back on the new to me 8N
and realized it has one on each fender. LOL
