I've been trying to figure out which is the right manual to purchase for our Ford 4610. I can't quite exactly the year from searches online. Here's the info off the plate if anyone could let me know what year it was manufactured , I'd appreciate it.

Tractor # c689068
Model # da314c
Engine # 2c15a
Transmission # 2c03b
Rear Axle # 2c04b
Hyd Pump # 1l8a
Hyd Lift # 2c9b

DA314C is a 4610 diesel with 540 independent pto and 8x2 manual transmission
I don t see the unit number that tells what day it was built, but the serial number is for a mid year 82 model
Most of the components were assembled in March of 82

What type of manual are you looking for? There is the Operator's Manual, sometimes called the Owner's Manual, which covers how to operate the tractor as well as how to perform the routine maintenance procedures like fluid and filter changes, etc. Then there's the Service Manual, which assumes that you have access to the Operator's Manual, so it doesn't cover routine maintenance items, but covers everything else in terms of troubleshooting and fixing problems. If you plan to work on the tractor yourself you should have both. On the Service Manual side, you can get the official Ford Factory Service Manual, or you can get the I&T FO-41 after market service manual.
