Tw15 valve stack

Tw15 series 1 has blown the orimgs between the hydraulic remote valve stacks twice this year. What would cause the issue. Figured maybe old orings sitting on the shelf from cnh too long? But twice

Improper assembLy? Warped or damaged valve body or cover?

A little more history might help - e.g. did this start on its own or after work was performed? How many orings and where?

About the only thing I can think of other than defective or wrong orings would be either improper torque sequence of the cover, or else the pressures are in excess of rated specs. For the latter to happen there would have to be a stuck closed relief valve, which is pretty much unheard of. Easy to check for though, just stick a pressure gauge in any remote coupler and pull the handle back. Going from memory, you shouldn't see much more than 2500 PSI.

I replaced them about 2 years ago when i put a new hydraulic pump and rebuilt the pto. They lasted till this spring where the blew out spraying oil everywhere. And they just did it again. I would like to put a gauge on but i cant use either remote as it sprays oil everywhere from both levers. I used grease to hold the orings in place to reassemble.

Some pictures with arrows drawn in by yourself would be nice about right now.
Its leaking in between the 2 remote valve bodys under the cab. Theres 3 orings per stack and the cover. So when i pull the levers its sprays oil out from where it blew the orings. I suppose ill have to throw another set of o rings at it and take a pressure test. The first set lasted about 2 years the second set lasted about 6 months
