    yes that is where you check and fill the fluid by the pedals it should have a fill line marked in the case i just serviced mf 204 and it took a gallon of atf fluid if you have any questions i might answer lmk

    i had the same problem on my power steering 204 and a good friend pulled the cover off of the housing and found a groove that was worn in it from the seal he cleaned it up and used jb weld and filled in the groove and it has been a month and still no leak

    i have a 204 wb and when i start the engine the 3pt work even if the tractor is in neutral have you checked the fluid level i would guess it is pump related have you tried to put both lever on the high setting which is the far back position
