    Yes, there are 2 external bolts. Figure it is like my 8n, one at 2 o'clock and one at about 8 o'clock looking from radiator. I prefer to pull the plug wires, distributor cap, then coil. Remove the two bolts and pull the distributor. When you are done I would suggest putting everything...
