    did not start tractor sat and sun went out and started it this morning. everything is working like it was before. will wait and see if it keeps working. thanks for all the advice will keep the replies if it happens again

    unhooked hoses for loader from tractor hyd. 3pt still comes up slow and jerky. we changed all oil and filters last month. could a filter have failed? loader does not go through scv is plumbed on the lever control box. loader has been on this tractor for 15 plus years.

    Bought this tractor from an older gentleman that I baled hay for 30 years. I know very little about ford tractors. I have scraped paint in several spots and only found red. Tractor has been repainted several years ago. Thanks for your thoughts and help.

    Have drained the tank radiator cap is off grill removed. Been on there for 67 years wants to stay. Thanks for your help.

    Need to remove hood from tractor. Have removed 4 bolts from dash area and 2 from front down on the side and fuel line. What else needs to be taken loose do not want to damage hood. Thanks.

    Tractor has 5 speed tran. live power wide front no breaks or welds on front axle. Does have an alt. but he says nothing else changed. No power steering.
