    Thanks for the replies, I liked the 4430 setup when you posted them earlier... I thought this might be a cheaper alternative but I think I am going to hold out, the tractor has a 4020 radiator and 8 blade fan, it was updated when we "restored" it a few years ago and used it briefly for tractor...

    MW Turbo on a 4010

    I came across a M&W 5E111 turbocharger and exhaust manifold locally the seller thinks it came off a 4440 ... I am thinking more likely off a 4240... but either way he only has the turbo and the manifold, how much work and how many parts to make this work... I know M&W parts are hard to come by...

    pulling sled rates? What you guys paying for pulls?

    I would think that would depend alot on the sled as well... some pulls have a very nice set up that I attend others... I wouldnt pay for the sled.... that doesn"t mean it isn"t a good time just depends alot on the set up.... The "Terminator" sled in our area is a very nice set up...

    2 cylinder diesel governor

    I did it with my JD 70, it worked well for my application I used a 1/2 equivalent numbered bit and set the depth on my drill press ( I didn"t want the hole all the way through... took me from the stock 950/1100 high idle to 1300/1500 high idle... idle is fine but when you don"t have a load it...

    It knocked some weight off... I didn't make it to the shop this weekend I will be there... get you some pics... and let you know the weight difference... I did what he said first... then I went and got the one from K and K I like the look alot better nearly stock appearing... Just my 2 cents

    Could anyone tell me if the tie rod tube is hollow all the way through on the M? I am trying to widen out my little M 2 inches on each side and having a hard time getting them freed up. Thanks for the help....

    looking for a PTO elimanation cover for John Deere 70

    K and K makes a nice one from aluminum same as a late a... it comes without the PTO cut or the bolt pattern drilled... just line up your old one.... saves a lot of weight I don't have the numbers in front of me now but it was over 100 lbs if I remember right compared to the hollowed out rocker...

    R and R where are you out of, saw a guy post your number in a previous thread with a 717 area code, trying to find someone local for a JD 70 build... I like the idea of going and seeing the person before giving them money... just my thoughts is all. Thanks in advance, EMAIL is open.
