    Busted the housing into two peaces believe needle hit knotter frame around gear to bill hook , had time balers many many times John Deere , new holland worked several years helping other to keep theirs operation going , always a first, the needle set at spec would rub slightly against the bill...

    620 losing power on load goes to idle release clutch it will pick back up no idea what going on

    I have adjusted needles from side it side with no avail if I adjust to the left only widen the space between the twine holder and needle move other way hits bill hook gear so o m don't cover that do I need help or junk the bailer new needle frame not a used one

    The knotter on left side looks like it's been replaced it has screws in twine knives to remove the other side has rivets there is no way to adjust the needle suppose to rub the housing but the flange around the gear holds it out maybe 1/8inch any other adjust other than on needle frame

    Yes ck and re ck everything going to tear it down one time the new parts are same as the old one think replacing with old one again thanks

    Replaced seal behind flywheel a few yrs ago , not one problem a few months had a knock at idle ck flywheel it was loose tight big nut up then tighten ( with proper space ) two bolt every thing worked great clutch was getting hard to snap in after using it serval hours no adjustmenr left...

    Pony was change to electric starter looks like some one used a kit but does not have a vent tube does it need one
