    TEA-20 Steering box oil

I have a TEA-20 1952 that I want to check the steering box oil and drain if necessary. The filler plug is below the steering wheel and is there a drain plug I am not aware of? How much oil do you add? Thanks, Andy

    Hupp stuck in low range

I have a TE-A 20 Ferguson which has a Hupp addition with the transmission. While using it today hauling fire wood the Hupp unit got stuck in the low range. The lever is in the middle and not where it should be for the low range. The lever still moves but the tractor only moves in what I...

    TO-20 right rear axle issue

Helping a friend put a sure seal on his right rear axle of his TO-20. All went well until we tried to put axle back in and it would go in only so far. It looks like it has about another 1/2 inch before it will seat against the brake plate. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Position control device

I have recently made a position control device for my TE-A 20. Got the instructions from the FENA site. Does not seem to want to keep the 3 pt hitch in one place. Seems like I need better friction. Has any one made and used one of these devices? Would like to hear from someone. Thanks

    Starter questions

The starter does say Lucas and I should have said that when I mentioned the numbers. Thanks for the picture. From it it looks like the solenoid goes under the battery. I will go see if mine can go there. I appreciate all your responses.

    Starter questions

The coil bracket is "tacked" on to the coil and I do not know about the neck of the starter. In the left hole of where the coil bracket should attach is a brass screw that does not want to turn. Maybe I should leave well enough alone as the tractor runs well

Mine has a HUPP transmission added. Would that account for the starter difference?

Year of Manufacture - Eng S/N only

I also have what I believe is a TEA-20. The # on the plate by the steering wheel is TEA 283660. The number by engine is C30541 and the number on the transmission is 8 5 7 with a 6 under that. I was told it was manufactured in July of 1952 from the previous owner. This does not seem right...

    Carburetor issues

I have a 1952 TEa 20 serial # 283660. It has a Zenith carburetor. I noticed that there is gas leaking from the hose that connects to the air filter. This does not seem right. This hose looks original and I will replace after I figure out what's up with the leak. Any ideas.
