    Oliver 88 tractor

    Have you lost your mind thinking of scraping this??? this isnt 1975 anymore. That tractor appears to have some unique Oliver components that are not common to most Olivers. I know someone that may be interested in this tractor.

    1800 diesel head cracks

    They crack along the injectors. all of mine that Ive overhauled have had atleast one or more. They are still running fine after 18 years since overhaul.

    100 plow

    If you say that the coulter is like a dish then I assume it is a disk. The disk should have no side to side movement. however the straight coulter has alot of side to side play

    can you post a picture? and also im curious who the seller was that sent a false photo. Id like for all of us honest oliver/white guys to keep a network going of all the crooks out there. Ive had friends buy stuff from photos before and what they bought did not even match the photo. it happened...

    anyone ever put an over/under in a 1950gm?

    If I remember right i think the smooth surface on the front of the shaft needs to be ground back 3/8 of an inch on a lathe and then 3/8 cut off the end of the shaft. Not a big deal,,,I think it cost me 60 dollars at a machine shop. I bought a 3 speed out of a 1955 for my 1950. I have a friend...

    An old Oliver/White dealer in Louisiana told me that there were 18 dealers here at one time. Kaplin, Baldwin, Eunice and Thibodaux are the only 4 towns Ive found,,,can anyone tell me of other locations here in Louisiana?

    Value of old Oliver sign?

    Depends on condition and what someone is willing to pay. For instance if you get 6-7 people fighting over it in an auction it could bring alot but if you advertise it for the price that it may bring at an auction youll get true idiots that try to beat you apart on your price. Good luck.
