    New Idea 484 round baler

    good simple bailer, makes a soft core bale, dosn"t take much power, easy to start a bale, easy to work on.     position control

    Might not be asking the right crowd. I have a parts ford 8N and a ferguson 2085 would the ford hydraulic unit fit in the ferguson so I can have position control? Has anyone done this? Thanks

    Its pulled behind a square baler accumulates bales, 7 I think, and dumps/stacks them in a peaked form.

    Does anyone have any experiance useing a allied stooker? I know they where made in ground drive, hydraulic, and with a gas engine drive. There is a ground drive type for sale near here. Anything special to look for in wear parts or problems? does the ground drive work ok? Thanks for any help.

    was at farm auction today 806 with new over size rear tires [radials] cab, good sheet metal, older repaint but not bad this thing sold for $4200. cdn. I don't know anything about I.H. but I bet those tires mounted up cost close to $3000. Are these bad tractors?
