    611b eagle claw 3 point doesn't lower on own

    Is this normal? the eagle claw will lower some on its own empty but not all the way down. It requires a foot pushing it down or lean over and push the lift arm. If an implement is on it there is no problem. It just makes it a pain to hook an implement up.
