    2240 diesel starting

    My 2240 won't start without ether when the temp is around 65 or below. Give it a little shot and it starts right up and runs fine. When it's around 70 it starts right up without ether and runs fine. The fuel pump is less than a year old and the injection pump was rebuilt about two years ago.
