    My '51 Super A has a Monroe easy ride seat. The problem is that every bushing (in both the shock absorber and seat pivot pin) is completely worn out or missing. Does anyone know a source for new bushings? Are the pivot pin bushing interchangeable with the bushings on a Super C, H, or M? Thanks.

    Thanks for the reply Pete. The tractor does sit for long lengths of time. Apart from testing out with an old drag disc for 10 minutes last summer, this is the first "real" work I've done with it. I think I'll pull the end off the governor and check.

    I'm getting ready to change the engine oil in my 1953 JD 70. Any suggestions on which brand of oil to use or which weight? I have the manual, so I knew the factory specs for weight, but the engine is old, so it might be better protected using a heavier weight.
