After sitting for 12+ months the left brake is frozen. I tried rocking the tractor from 1st to reverse in low range but the tire will not turn. The right tire and two front work fine. I found Aaron's video about rebuilding the brake shoes. I have removed the 4 bolts and I even removed the nut from the top center stud but the cast cover will not come off. I managed to get a screwdriver behind the cover and pry but it will not budge. I have squirted WD40 behind the plate but still no luck. The brakes were not engaged during the storage period so the shoe lining should not be fused to the drum. All linkage has been removed but the bottom camming lever will not budge a bit and the whole cast iron plate will not come off. What next please?
