4250 hood decal removal

What is the best way to remove the hood decals and clean the residue up so I can install replacements as alot of the originals have been power
washed off. Thanks

Others here probably know better than me, but I think I'd try a little brake cleaner and a scouring pad.

Look for an eraser wheel for removing decals. Some tools are made just for this and also wheels that mount in drills that do a great job. I am employed at a state roads shop and remove decals all the time, some have been on for 30 years.
