830 pony motor clutch

Hi, Wondering if anyone has had this experiance with the clutch throw out arm. it is rusted in there big time. I was gonna cut the pin but thought i would check here first see if anyone had any suggestions

Heat it up with a MAPP gas torch and spray it with PB Blaster. Use a large pry bar to get it to move back and forth gradually.
