Ford 3000 Diesel Fuel Filters

My 3000 has these fuel filters on it. Anglo's from England. I tried Googling but not sure if I can even have them shipped here?
And I can't find an accurate cross reference.

Are they even the correct filters?

What filters do I need for this tractor and where is best place to buy them?

I'll add, it is a Basildon England build tractor with a Simm's pump.

The original filter is CAV 7111 296. NAPA/WIX 3166/33166 is one cross filter.

That was a bog standard filter back in the day, most makes fitted them. They are still readily
available with different makes. Ford usually fitted Simms or CAV from new, some tractors had a
single filter or others a larger pre-filter and water trap on the first one.

I ended up emailing Anglo Agriparts last night in the UK and they got back to me right away.

I know it's silly, but having some shipped just because I think it looks cool having "made in England" filters on my Basildon England built tractor at the shows.

And ended up getting Motorcraft FL-1A for the engine oil.
