Ford 600 hydraulics control lever will only move an inch, will not raise implement

The hydraulic lift on my dad's '57 Ford 600 three-point hitch worked fine until it didn't. The control lever will move a little, but not enough to raise the implement. I removed the cover and put it upside down on the bench to inspect the linkages, but cannot figure out where the problem is. Anyone have any suggestions?

You need a service manual to properly diagnose the issue. There are parts that wear, like the cam follower pin, and parts that need adjustments, like the internal linkages for the draft and position control.
