This site and its members have helped me with my first Tractor, Ford 8 N and it came out just fine. thanks to all of you !
I picked up a M M Jet Star with one cylinder seized. Had been setting outside for quite some time. it then spent a couple years inside and
this is where I come in.
Got it home in the garage and found the P T O out put shaft wont turn either. P T O lever moves back and forth with a click at each end of
travel, but the shaft won't move in either of these positions.
I can handle the seized piston, but I don't know much about the back end of the tractor with the live P T O and the hydrulics.
got a shop manual and a garage to work in. Going to address the engine first, then work my way back.
Any ideas of what to look for, or where to start when I get to the P T O issue??
