Hey folks,
I have an ford 4000 tractor. Problem is that on the fuel pump there WAS a small screw/bolt near the Stanadyne label. This seems to have come out or broken and as a result fuel is literally spewing out of where the screw/bolt was. I tried to put a bolt or something to block to flow but it continues. I have looked high and low to try and find out what this screw/bolt is so that i can source another to see if that fixes the issue. Problem is ihavent seen a diagram out there naming it let alone telling me what in the heck its for! Any help guidance is appreciated.
Picture 1 (pump1) - is just a picture of a fuel pump i found that clearly shows where the screw/bolt is.
Picture 2 (pump2) is my actual pump.
