yes, because when checking compression on a running engine it is nowhere near cranking pressure. them valves cannot leak if you see it leaking there is a problem with the valve. so if the setting is set to make sure the valve is fully closed , then if that dont fix it its head pulling time. what i am saying is to make sure that valve or valves are closed first.

I found the adjustment protocol for that mechanism. ,060-.080 clearance on starting vslves

Valve clearances are good so I guess I need to pull the head. I dont have time to do that for a while but will give an update when I get it done. Thanks everyone for the help.
