Vh4d engine spitting update

Ok , so I pulled a plug to find it really black and kinda wet, I pulled all the plugs cleaned them and started it, it sounds smooth at idle and this time when I gassed it hardly any popping at all but still not totally gone, I turned the carb adjusting screw all the way in , it seemed to slow the popping , when I backed the screw out the popping got worse.
