I was up real early Saturday morning to attend the Larry Clover estate sale..It was a nearly 2 hour drive over to Sycamore,Kansas...I left at 5:45 AM...I promptly got woke up after driving one mile south on 4 lane I-49....Here came a north bound car in the south bound lane..Larry had antique tractor pulled for around 40 plus years and was known far and wide..He had received a plaque for pulling at all 25 Kansas State Fair pulls...He was a real nice guy..There were 59 tractors and I'll bet at least 20-25 had been pulled over the years..The family kept his Oliver 60 puller and several others.

Its taking forever to load pictures so I might not get them all this evening?Check back in the morning.

Heres the most suitcase weights that I have ever seen sell at auction....Probably close to 7000 lbs as all aren't shown. There were even 8 rare MM's there..There was also lots of round weights..They were getting close to selling them and the auctioneer hollered my name and said that I had an important phone call..It was my son saying that my wife and his Mom had been in a bad wreck.See more about it on Tractor Tales.

This sale started at 8:30 AM and was huge..There were lots of pullers there and people that I knew. There was tons of everything and they had lots to sell at 3:30 PM when I had to hurry up and pay and go back to Missouri.I may add a few pictures in the morning?

Thanks for posting these - I am really surprised the trucks went that cheap.

Not to far away (Emporia) I watched a 1998 Dodge extended cab long bed 4X4 with a gas (360?) engine and 115K miles sell for $11,000 at auction. It was very nice but it was 24 years old and a gas burner.

You 2 would have also been bidding against me on that 630, that would be one great sounding loader tractor, and would look nice beside my 730...........
