Just got a farm master sears and roebuck motor 3hp off a concrete mixer? any ideas? Has original tag and #s on motor ????

I don't know about yours...but i've seen some
old engines, sold by Sears, labeled "David Bradley" that were clearly Wisconsins! Wisconsin
motors also built engines for Monkey Wards..
clearly Wisconsin engines..just a Wards nameplate
on them

Initially I would say that you have a Cushman built engine without seeing any pictures. They used the Sears Farm Master tag on them. It would have been on the back side of the engine on a cover plate. Most likely has a Wico EK mag on it and looks boxy. The daet of it would be most likely from the early 1930"s. A photo would make a world of difference in getting you a decent ID of it.
